Payment comes before I start working on your commission.
Payment plan is also possible if you are not able to pay full amount right away

After I start working on your commission and you will receive a sketch from me, with your approvement on the sketch I will start working on your commission and you can no longer ask for a refund.
I will only refund you when I no longer can work on your commission for a specific reason.
After commission is done with your final approvement, you will receive the commission through email and you cannot ask for a refund
